First(!) Annual Meeting
of the
Tennessee Society of Student Pharmacists (TSSP)
February 21, 2009
Lipscomb College of Pharmacy
Nashville, Tennessee

Kick Off the New Year by Growing Your Network and Making New Friends at "Facebook LIVE!"

Make history by attending the first-ever Annual Meeting of the Tennessee Society of Student Pharmacists!  TSSP invites you to step away from the computer and meet people "like you" - similar skills, similar career paths, similar age group.  Whether you’re a LinkedIn devotee, a rabid Facebook friendaholic, or one of the Twitter Tweeple, join us for some good old-fashioned face-to-face networking

So here’s the deal….

TSSP is the only overarching pharmacy society just for student pharmacists in Tennessee.  We represent students in all pharmacy schools in the state.

Think of TSSP - and its First Annual Meeting - as a "melting pot," where you can become friends with students in other pharmacy schools and participate in programs to facilitate professional growth, networking and mentorship.  The TSSP Annual Meeting is for TSSP members only.  If you're a member of the Tennessee Pharmacists Association (TPA)… you're a member of TSSP!  If you're not, you can join by including the $13 dues with your $75 meeting registration.

Check out the schedule below to see what's happening on February 21, and be sure to sign up for the Welcome Reception - a night on the town:

The Important Stuff...Free Food and Drinks...Live Music...Dancing
Friday, February 20, 8:00 to 10:00 pm

Join us at the Paradise Park Trailer Resort, 411 Broadway in downtown Nashville, for a Welcome Reception at 8:00 pm.  Like they say, "A little bit country, a little bit rock, always sure to be a good time, Paradise Park is a great place to relax, sip a tallboy, enjoy the kitschy trailer park décor and rock out to live music all the time." If you want to come, be sure to mark the "Welcome Reception" box when you register for the TSSP Annual Meeting - that will be your reservation.
