- If you ARE a member of the Tennessee Pharmacists Association,
please click on the page that you wish to visit, and enter your Username and Pasword when prompted. If you do not know your Username and Password, please e-mail TPA or call us at 615-256-3023, and we will send you the information. (Be sure to include your full name in your e-mail message.)

If you would prefer to choose your own Username and Password to avoid having it changed by TPA periodically, you may do so by e-mailing your preference to communications@tnpharm.org, along with your full name and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. The Username and
Password you choose (up to 15 alphanumeric characters each) will stay the same as long as your membership in TPA is current or until you ask us to make another change. Usernames and Passwords
that TPA assigns to you automatically will also work and will be printed on your membership dues receipts, but they will not replace the ones you select.
- If you are NOT a current member of the Tennessee Pharmacists Association, we hope you will consider joining TPA to gain access not
only to the web pages listed above, but to our publications and frequent alerts of importance to pharmacy professionals. You may
