Patient Care Pharmacists Collaborative (PCPC)
Founded in 1986 as Tennessee Pharmacy Services, Inc., and currently operating as Patient Care Pharmacists Collaborative, Inc., PCPC is a wholly owned entity of the Tennessee Pharmacists Association (TPA). PCPC was incorporated in 2013 with the goals of improving health outcomes, reducing costs, increasing the quality of care, and maximizing access to pharmacist-provided care services for patients by establishing collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders involved in the delivery of health care.
PCPC strives to meet the goals and needs of clients through the creation, development, implementation, and ongoing management of its network of trained and credentialed pharmacist providers. Pharmacists credentialed through PCPC receive additional skills and training through PCPC which help to ensure that patients receive high quality, consistent pharmacist-provided patient care services, allowing them to achieve their optimal health outcomes and related goals of therapy.
