REMINDER: Sterile Compounding Rulemaking Hearing Notice
On May 19, 2014, TPA received notification from Tennessee Department of Health officials of a scheduled rulemaking hearing regarding proposed Board of Pharmacy permanent rules to implement the rewrite of the Sterile Compounding Rules, as well as other related proposed rules changes.
The hearing is scheduled as follows:
Monday July 7, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. CDT
Metro Center, 665 Mainstream Drive – Iris Room (where the TN Board of Pharmacy meetings are currently held)
Nashville, TN
A copy of the Notice of Rulemaking Hearing, as well as the corresponding redlines for proposed rules changes, can be accessed below:
TPA will be preparing written comments and will also plan to have someone in attendance at the hearing. Members are encouraged to review the proposed changes and submit comments regarding any concerns or suggested changes they might have.
